Надеюсь, что филиппинский суд накажет его максиально жестко и запретит въезд в страну навсегда. Ну и "известность" среди подвохов и дайверов России этому говну в человеческой оболочке очень нужна. Upon a summary finding of administrative liability, the Department shall penalize the offender with a fine equivalent to five times (5) times the value of the species or Five hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00) to Five million pesos (P5,000,000.00), whichever is higher, and forfeiture of the species.
